I had forgotten about the jolly postman! What an awesome book … i mean p&p and jane eyre too … but there is nothing like a forgotten book from childhood 😊

Oh yes totally! Fortunately, my mum had kept a lot of the books from my childhood but The Jolly postman and the follow up one are the only books in good condition 😬🤣

Thank you Shital, some of the book displays were exhibits while others just looked like they were. That last photo reminded me of something out of Harry Potter!

How wonderful! I am reading The Sicilian Inheritance by Jo Piazza. It will make you want to go to Italy! Also started The Limits by Nell Freudenberger, which I’m pretty excited about. Happy reading!

They are added to my list! I’d love to return to Italy at some point so The Sicilian Inheritance sounds right up my street. I’ve not heard of Freudenberger’s work before but I’m going to check it out.

I did head out earlier and happened to come across one of my favourite bookstores and may have ordered David Nicholl’s new release 😂
