Thanks Martin, when I was wandering down the street, I have to admit, I wasn’t quite sure what I was seeing, so I was taken aback when I realised that the woman had a small shrine on her windowsill! It did make me think if she went out there each day and if the cat just tagged along for fun.
For a long time, older neon signs were being replaced by LED alternatives, so it’s good to see young artists being commissioned to provide work in these spaces.
I’m a big fan of neon - I think most of my photography posts over the past couple of months have included some references to it 😂
